Refund Policy

At The Top Medic, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring and preparation services for students applying to medical school. We understand that plans can change and we aim to be as fair and as transparent as possible.

Tutoring Sessions and Masterclasses

• Cancellations: A refund will be issued if the session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

• Missed sessions without notice: Sessions that are missed without prior notice are non-refundable

• Partial refunds for packages: If you have purchased a multi-session package (e.g. a 5-day UCAT Masterclass), and wish to cancel after starting, we may offer a partial refund for unused sessions.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected issues arise. If you are unhappy with your experience please email us at reubencordina@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue or provide a suitable refund.
